Just when you think you\u2019ve successfully bought all your child\u2019s first day of school supplies, something else always seems to crop up. It\u2019s the joy of sending kids to school. Supplies get lost, broken, or suddenly become essential\u2014usually five minutes before it\u2019s time to head out for the bus. Here are a few school supplies it\u2019s always good to have on hand, whether it\u2019s the first day of school or the last.<\/span><\/p>\n

An Extra Planner<\/b><\/h2>\n

By getting kids used to planners early, schools teach important lessons in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling. Even elementary school kids are expected to come to class with planners. <\/span><\/p>\n

Have an extra planner around in case one goes missing. Some children lose planners constantly, and even the most conscious kid can misplace one. <\/span><\/p>\n
