I want my child's formal name to appear on the Dedication Page, but use his nickname throughout the book. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, our software currently only allows for First, Middle and Surnames. There is not a special provision for nicknames. The name entered in the First Name field will be used on the cover (if it is a personalised cover,) the Dedication Page and throughout the book.
