Easy to use. Family loved the book. Only flaw is that I would have liked an option to choose to make the baby on the book look more like a baby girl by either putting a picture of her face in the baby or changing the baby hair or color of clothes to pink.
Also I paid for expedited shipping and was suppose to get it before Christmas and it did not arrive until 3 days after Christmas.

I ordered this book for my daughter and nephew who were both experiencing their first Christmas. This book is beautifully written and illustrated. This will definitely be a book that is cherished and kept as a keepsake forever.
The communication and service was outstanding. We initially had delivery issues with one of the books. They were very understanding and sincere, and were prompt with replying and ensured that issues were resolved very quickly.
I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you.
