MODERN SLAVERY ACT STATEMENT
February, 2026
This Modern Slavery Act Statement (this “Statement”) is made pursuant to Section 54 of the U.K. Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and sets out the steps that PlanetArt, LLC (“PlanetArt”), took in its 2025 financial year to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within its business or supply chain.
In its 2025 financial year PlanetArt took the following steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking were not taking place within its business or supply chain:
- PlanetArt completed a periodic review for potential revision of its ~3,500-word Supplier Code of Conduct (the “SCC”) (first adopted in 2020), the first section of which is captioned “We treat our workforce with dignity” and requires the company’s supply chain partners to adhere to strict standards of conduct regarding freely-chosen employment, young workers, working hours, wages and benefits, humane treatment, non-discrimination, and freedom of association;
- PlanetArt has kept the SCC incorporated into its template supply chain contracts and kept the SCC published on its websites and apps (each of which it has done since 2020); and
- PlanetArt has continued to make clear to its employees, including in its Employee Handbook, that they are employed on an at-will basis, and that employment at-will means that the employment relationship may be terminated, with or without cause and with or without advance notice at any time by the employee or the Company.
As required under 54(6)(b) of the Act, this Statement has been approved by the Board of Managers of PlanetArt, LLC, and signed by a designated manager. The signed original is maintained in the offices of PlanetArt, LLC.
