Confusing when ordering
I am unsure if the book will arrive as ordered, In the past when I ordered I could review the pages before the final order, but this time it did not happen. I tried to use the chat feature, but the AI passed me to a "live person" I had two questions, the first question was answered, I typed the 2nd question, did not get a response, and asked if anyone was there, no response. You are allowed only one question and one short response before the representative hangs up without another word to you. I did like the previous books I ordered, but I am just not sure about this order. Will update when the book arrives.

I purchased this book for my grandson 6 birthday, he loves the book and enjoy finding all the pictures, address,school. Great book and great quality.
For very young children
The quality is great, however I was expecting something that is more challenging. My 8 year old and my 5 year old will find this way too “baby.” I wish I knew before because they are expensive. I’m definitely disappointed.

While the books are adorable, there were a few issues. They were addressed quickly and graciously. Great customer service means everything to me. Would definitely recommend!
