the book is great, really high quality. my biggest issue was the shipping. i accidentally wrote the wrong address, so i used your AI chatbot to immediately fix it. i then called and spoke with someone the next day. the chatbot didn’t work, so i had them manually update my shipping address. that didn’t work either and it was still sent to the wrong address. that is my only complaint, but still happy with the product
