Bad service
Never get my orders on time. Stop blaming delivery service. I pay for delivery in the time that you allow and I expect to receive it. I believe I should get a refund for the delivery. I will have to find another puzzle company to deal with. My last delivery was due on February 26th still have not received it.
Review for anyone giving as a gift, otherwise maybe add a star or two. :)
I maybe should give this a four star, but I find the box so sub-par to the photo puzzles I’ve ordered elsewhere and it is so disappointing to me that I’m leaving it at a three. Packaging normally wouldn’t matter too much, but in this case I think it does as these things are almost exclusively given as gifts and it’s showing you what is inside. Also the picture on the box is what follow to do the puzzle inside. It is always nice when it covers the top of the lid, but this one has the company name and propaganda on all four sides, an **** backside, and the photo on the front is smaller so that they could put a square of writing that distracts from the photo so that it actually takes a minute to read through the tiny print to see what the gift actually is. With every other company I have ordered these from the photo took center stage and the lid was made so that you know exactly what the gift is at a glance. Also the design of the box is awkward to open/close (opens from the side of box, not a lid that covers a bottom). I much prefer the tradition puzzle boxes. If this was significantly cheaper than the others I’ve bought, I would pay more to have the more presentable gift. Just my two cents. May not be a big deal to others. On to why I contemplated giving it four stars instead of three, and why I would definitely be willing to try other product from this site….The picture that is on the front of the box appears to be very nice quality. It is a very vivid and clear photo. If the puzzle inside is as good, the puzzle itself might be amazing, which is great. I saw they do photo books, etc. And because of the quality of the photo on the cover I would be very likely to come back to this sight to give something like that a try. I hope the first paragraph here doesn’t sound petty. I just want people who are picky about presentation to have the feedback I would have wanted to hear.
