If your book is damaged in transit, or if we make an error when producing the item, we will replace your book or product at no cost to you. Simply send us a photo of the issue at customerservice@iseeme.com. You do not need to return your order if we confirm that the error was ours or if your order was damaged in transit. We will either send you a replacement or refund your order.


Oops! I made an error when ordering

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! If you made an error when ordering and you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will reprint the order at no cost to you. Contact us at customerservice@iseeme.com to explain what needs to change in your order.

If you contact us after 24 hours of placing your order with a request to change your order, we will charge 50% of your original cost to remake and resend the order.
