Great book and helpful sales agent
I have been a long time I See Me! customer for 18 years. I mainly order My Very Own Name Personalized book as a gift for newborns. I just love this beautiful educational book. This time I ordered two name book and Giraffe gift sets for two newborns. There was a price discrepancy in that the website listed it as $49.99 per set but when I clicked on it it said $51.99. I talked to a chatroom person where the answers were computer-generated, called the Customer Service (yesterday was Memorial Day, no answers), then communicated via emails back and forth... no one seemed to be able to give me a satisfactory answer. When I went to bed the problem was unsolved. So I left my order in the cart last night. Today, I called Customer Service again. This time I got to talk to Kelly who was courteous, patient, very friendly and helpful. She genuinely tried to solve the problem and she did! I proceeded to place the order. In the end, I am a very happy camper!!! 😊👍
I have not received this
I still have not received this and USPS does not indicate when I will. I hope I get it today or Monday because this is for a celebration for my grandchild that is being added to our family by adoption. USPS has become unreliable and you should provide other choices on shipping that are not with USPS but also not $20. UPS ground for instance, or possibly FEDEX.
