I wanted to give a special gift to celebrate the birth of my niece and this book was exactly what I had in mind. Ordering online was simple (I love that adding a picture is free!) until I realized there was no option to add a “½ inch” to the child’s height (my niece was 18.5 inches when she was born). I searched the Frequently Asked Questions, read all of the reviews for this book, and even “Googled It”, but came up empty handed. Since the rest of the book was so special and I wanted to order it as soon as possible, I decided to go ahead and print it with the height marked as 18 inches and explain myself when it arrived. My brother and sister-in-law were thrilled with how beautiful and special this book is and everyone who has seen the book is impressed with it’s quality. After they received it, I decided to contact Customer Service to let them know how disappointed I was that there was no “½ inch” option for the child’s height and to suggest that they add it. I found out that all it would have taken to add the “½ inch” to her book was to contact Customer Service. Although disappointed that I didn’t think of contacting them myself, I dealt with friendly, caring, and helpful representatives who reprinted the book with the correct height at no cost to me. If you need anything customized for this book, contact Customer Service and they’ll take care of it quickly without a problem. I can’t recommend this excellent product or company enough and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

I loved this book for my daughter! It's a beautiful birth announcement story that Her dad & I read to her very often. Despite being overpriced for the book, shipping charges and a paper covered keepsake box; its a beautiful book we will all treasure forever! I just wish the story was a little longer. This book is a must buy for a gift or for your own newborn!

I love ordering from I see Me to give as gifts whenever my daughter have to attend a birthday or any type of gathering. This is yet another purchase for me, my first newborn purchase, from ISeeMe, and all of them have been exceptional; I will continue to order these books. The only complaint I have is that the birth length choice does not allow partial measurements, so I was unable to choose the accurate length. Other than that, all other aspects of the book were perfect, as all previous purchases have been.

Was excited to order a valentines book and was pretty disappointed that there was only one to choose from and didn't care for that one so my bubble bursted. sorry but just being honest. Hello World is not only adorable but it's the perfect way to commemorate the birth of my daughter. I love that the book contains not only her name, names of mommy and daddy and birth place but other facts like her birth weight and length are in the book as well. My favorite part was being able to include a picture of the day she came home from the hospital. I'm hoping this is a book she will treasure her entire life! The book looked great online and it did not disappoint when it arrived. Absolutely gorgeous!
